Returns

You may return items—still in their original packaging with all tags attached—within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage costs).

Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed with a member of our team.

Please note: items showing signs of use won’t qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Everyday Wear & Tear

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been worn or damaged through normal day-to-day use.
